Nominations

We want to recognize and celebrate the compassionate and high-quality care nurses deliver day-in and day-out.

Throughout HX25, we’ll be spotlighting nursing excellence, and we’ll be awarding two nurses:

1. A front-line clinical nurse who spends at least 51% of their time in direct patient care
2. A nurse leader who helps their team take it to the next level, so their nurses can shine and bring their best to patient care

Please send any additional supporting documents that you would like to include for committee consideration (letters of recommendations, photos of your nominee in action, etc.) to hxconference@pressganey.com. Please use subject title “Nominate a Nurse- Your first and last name”.

Nomination deadline is Friday, November 8 2024.

Winners will be notified by Dr. Jeff Doucette, Press Ganey Chief Nursing Officer, no later than November 22^nd.
